At Lunchh Ninja, we strive to provide fresh, healthy, and timely meals to all our customers. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your subscription.
1. Order Cancellation
Subscription Cancellations: Customers can cancel their meal subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges for the upcoming meal.
Same-Day Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made on the same day of delivery, no refunds will be processed, as the meals are already prepared.
2. Refund Policy
Full Refund: If you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the start of your first meal delivery, you will receive a 100% refund of your payment.
Partial Refund: If you cancel your subscription after meals have been delivered, refunds will be processed after deducting the cost of meals already provided.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for missed meals due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
3. Payment Reversals

Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ensure that every meal is freshly prepared and delivered on time to maintain high-quality standards.
1. Delivery Timings
School Lunch Deliveries: Meals are delivered before lunchtime to the respective schools.
Hostel & Office Deliveries: Meals are delivered as per the agreed subscription schedule, usually between 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Weekend Deliveries: Currently, we operate Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries depend on special requests and bulk orders.
2. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to schools, hostels, and offices in Amritsar.
If your location is outside our delivery zone, please contact us to check availability.
3. Failed Deliveries
If a customer provides incorrect delivery details, we will not be responsible for missed deliveries.
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the meal will be considered delivered, and no refund will be issued.
4. Special Delivery Requests
If you have any special delivery instructions, kindly inform us at least one day in advance via WhatsApp or email.
